HWJapan Purchase...

I bought from HWJapan again. This time I manage to stop myself to get any Gunplas. Tough to resist though...haha...Anyways, this time round, I bought only action bases. I wanted to get it in Brunei but some "SHOP" sell the BOOTLEGGED at B$9.90 per piece which is the exact same price as the original. What are you thinking ?

AND I bought these original action bases at B9.40 only per piece!!!!

Ya. Whatever..Here's the package via EMS.

HWJapan uses local newspapers to cushion the goods as opposed to air pocket from HLJ...

I bought 6 action bases altogether and 1 of them goes t my friend..

Took one deep breath and build all 6 bases with the help of Monkey-001. Me removing parts from runners and 1st phase de-nip then him 2nd phase de-nip then build.

Grey for Nu, Clear Green for Unicorn, Clear red for Char's Zaku II and others for future kits...

Thanks for viewing. Stay tune for pictures and projects.

Gunplas in Miri...

I just found out that buying Gunplas in Malaysia is cheap. BUT of course with this handy card :)

The power of this card is that it will give Gunpla purchases a whopping 30% discount. All these kits cost the same at RM89.90. To ease calculation, lets take it as RM90. At 30% discount, each kit will only cost RM63.00. Doing the conversion at B$1.00 giving RM2.40 each kit will cost B$26.30. That's pretty decent pricing !!!

To put things into perspective, these kits are sold at HLJ for 1,800 yen each which converts to B$28.50 WITHOUT shipping yet !!!

Here is what we have got:-

Note that only one (1) of this is mine; Double O Raiser Designer's Color..

1. HGUC 100 Gundam Unicorn (Destroy Mode)

2. HG00 038 Gundam 00 with O Raiser (Designer's Color)

3. HG00 051 Gundam Seravee GNHW/B

Yes, it is definitely cheaper to buy Gunplas in Malaysia, espcially Miri's Boulevards WITH their member card which I don't think is a very difficult to get commodities ;) MGs' prices are pretty decent though but you will need to do the calculation because Boulevard do not have the concept of differentiating PG, MG and HG.

However, I am not too sure how long usually these sales ends and when it starts. But then again, with the card, its a bargain :)

2010 HWJapan Big 1st Haul [Part3]

Took out all the kits and picture them at my friend's place. Sure bought a hell lot of toys man. Spend even less compare to apparels for CNY !!! But then lol...this is the mountain of toys:-

First off, it's my friend's Psycho Gundam. Huge load of runners and box is big. Made the other MG's runner look little...haha...

Look at the footprints !!! It's bigger than SD F91!!

Next up is my MG RX-178 with clear parts; nothing out of ordinary other than the extra clear parts :)

It comes with its own display hangar as well. Extremely good buy at only 2800yen.

The clear parts :)

Next up, again mine :) the MG Unicorn. I know that the OVA version has "better" articulation but I do not want to fork out so much for that "extra" bending.

Again, this HGUC Zeta is mine. I have been wanting to get this for a long long time and yes, this time I got it via HWJapan. Funny thing is that the booklet got sealed in one of the runners bag. Factory defects yo...haha..rare to see Bandai making mistakes...

I bought another RX-78-2 30th Anniversary. Still remember I destroyed one last time when trying to spray it silver ? haha...kinda cheap kit...only 840 yen.

I also got a HGUC Unicorn. Planning to display it using the Dengeki Unicorn Head I got from the magazine and putting the MG Unicorn Destroy mode at the back :D...

And the last kit belongs to my friend in SG. With this, he has completed his Gundam 00 collection.

Thanks for viewing. Won't be buying for some time. At time of writing this, I am also building my MG IWSP Strike. Expect some WIP soon and pictures of some other finished kits like Seraphim :)
