KK Hunt: KK Toys and Misc

This is the other shop which I found out from Aifer of Hobby Kingdom. I did not have the chance to take too many pictures of the stuffs inside though due the the arrays of CCTVs. However, I can say that this shop is better than ToysWorld of Miri in Gunpla and Japanese anime point of view.

You will be able to find some rare items from DBZ/Kai, SICS and of course Gunplas. There are 2 floors in that shop. It's difficult for me to explain and best to be seen/visited personally :) Gunpla price is as usual pricey but they do sell some obsolete gunplas bundled @ RM29/59 for 3 kits which is pretty decent :). But I did not get any....

The location is mark on the map below. It is situated directly opposite of Centrepoint and just behind McD. Easy to spot too with the sign board.

Apart from that, I have also spotted some other interesting toys at the regular Parkson. Nothing special though but still fun to look at :)

KK Toy Purchase [Item 4]

This is probably the cheapest thing I got from KK. Was in 1Borneo and saw these Robobears selling for RM4.90 only. Kinda cool to have one hanging on my E71 so I got it. There were others like Kamen Rider with removable mask, Superman, Prime, Megatron and alot more.

KK Toy Purchase [Item 3]

While I was shopping for some working shirts in Parkson, I "automatically" searched for the toy section. To my surprise, they are selling some Sangokuden kits are pretty good price. However, there were only 2 kits available; Hyaku Shiki Zhou Yu and Nu Kong Ming.

I texted my friend Monkey-001 since I am not so much into Sangokuden kits. Got this for him. I am simply too lazy to do painting for the time being. Always looking for something easy now |||

By the way, I will be scanning all the Sangokuden manga soon and post it on my blog for downloads. Not sure whether you guys have noticed the link I put on the right side of my blog. It's still not linked but will be when I scanned all of them.

Monkey-001 told me that this kit will be very difficult to color just from the look of the runners..

KK Toy Purchase [Item 2]

This is the second kit I got from KK. Nothing unique though. Since I have the MG and HG already; why not the BB as well. So yea, same place, Hobby Kingdom at RM30.00. Pretty decent once again.

Don't think will start this kit anytime soon as it requires a fair bit of painting.

KK Toy Purchase [Item 1]

Alrites, if I told you guys that I did not get any Gunplas from KK; then it would surely be a lie. First off, the O Gundam. Bought this at Hobby Kingdom which I reviewed a handful of post ago. Cost me RM55 which I think is pretty decent. Saw some places selling at RM79.90.

Got this kit for 2 reason; its simple with minimal pane lining and paiting; and it resembles RX-78-2. Also, you will find that all 00 kits are extra flexi and posable :).

Will start this kit soon enough. Stay put.

KK Hunt: Hobby Kingdom [Part 2]

These few shots below were actually taken from another shop in Asia City. Just another lane away. Forgot the name though. They too have some pretty cool stuffs but I was too tired to introduce myself to the owner and take more pictures. Too much walking around the city.

There is another toy shop in KK that I will be posting soon BUT not much pictures were taken as there were CCTVs all over the place. The array of toys there is kinda good. You guys should go there man. AirAsia B$9 ticket to KK !!!
